ELP Glasgow 2026
Bowls organisations operate in increasingly complex environments. Leaders are expected to grow participation, build valuable partnerships, mobilise limited resources, develop their workforce and make effective decisions in changing or uncertain circumstances. The programme brings together Presidents, Chief Executives, Secretaries, Event Managers and other leaders from World Bowls Member Federations. It is designed for participants with responsibility for leading organisations, developing people, creating opportunities and supporting the sustainable growth of bowls.
